No Census Required - rates driven by SIC codes and zip code (10 to 99 lives) (100+ census required)


100% employee choice - cafeteria style, employees choose the benefits they want and/or need


Chamber / Association Plans - available starting at 2 lives


Guarantee Issue - no underwriting for initial enrollment


No Participation Requirements - with the exception of the Basic Life at 100% & where otherwise specified
